    Tropico 6 Stuck Loading

    Hello,

I haven't played for a bit and I thought I would try the update. To my dismay, the game appears to hang at loading for far longer than my patience allows (10-30 minutes).

I have tried moving the files from my slow mag disk hard drive to the SSD, verifying the files, and then deleting the game from the Steam common apps folder, and reverifying.. Only to have the same thing happen every time I try to start a new game, (sandlot or mission) which is to have a scroll of "did you know" messages pop by, with a full loading bar on the bottom right .

    Any help for troubleshooting steps?

        Hello smracek,
please be aware that you need at least a Quad-core CPU with at least 3,0Ghz, whereas your machine just has 2 cores. Therefore, your machine is below minimum requirements and there is actually nothing we can do, as your hardware is the bottleneck and not the game.
being below minimum requirements always means: we cannot guarantee, nor support you further, if the game does not run properly.

        -cheers
